Drema joined Beacon Communities in 2015. After successfully operating an Assisted Living community in West Virginia, she relocated to Georgia in 2018 to become the Executive Director for Manor Lake Gainesville. She was promoted to a Regional Director of Operations position in November 2022. Her experience includes several years of operational oversight for multi SNF facilities and being in Executive Director Leadership roles for 8 years with Assisted Living and Memory Care. She is knowledgeable in budget planning strategies, is very organized, detailed oriented and a strong operator. She manages the operational regulatory compliance with communities and trains Executive Directors. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from WV State University with a major in business and accounting.
Drema is an animal advocate and is especially fond of cats. She enjoys working with her church and traveling. She has worked in 15 different states and maintains friends in most of them.
